Some say that I am different (strange, weird, eccentric) and my friends agree. I have always worked with my hands in physical types of jobs. I started out in the factories and finished in the locomotive shops. I was the first woman to work the crafts since WWII. I owned my own restaurant and operated an organic vegetable farm. I have rebuilt two automobile engines myself (MG & Riley). I have purchased and solo ridden two Harley's (1998 sportster & 1995 wide glide). I have lived in the mountains and also in the canyons without running water or electricity just because I wanted to be there and those amenities weren't. I have lived in everything from a tee-pee and a lean-to to a two story trailer (1953 Lighthouse). I was called a hippie at one time and lived on a commune with my first husband. We built a log cabin. I have two children, Mali 36 and James 21. I am now re-married and happily living in our beautiful 1895 Victorian mansion in Aberdeen, Washington. Oh, did I mention that I write?
